At Saya by Nas, every product is carefully handmade for you. Below you’ll find details about how we process and ship orders both locally and internationally.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Since our products are handmade, processing may take slightly longer during busy periods.

  • We will notify you if there is any unexpected delay.

2. Shipping within Bali & Indonesia

  • Local orders are shipped via trusted Indonesian couriers (e.g., JNE, J&T, SiCepat, or Grab/Gojek depending on availability).

  • Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days depending on your location.

3. International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping via international courier services.

  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

  • Customs, import duties, or taxes may apply in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

  • For local Bali orders, flat-rate or free shipping promotions may apply.

  • International orders will see real-time calculated rates where possible.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier. Please note that resolution times may vary depending on the shipping carrier.
